I’m satisfied because the staff is always very friendly I would recommend this service center because the staff is always looking for ways to help ,they are very friendly, and they are professional. Wait time Service was efficient until I had to wait 30 minutes for my car to be washed. If I had known it would take that long I would have stayed in the waiting room rather than standing at the door. PS Your chairs in the waiting room are difficult for handicapped people to access. Fast, fast , fast Went in for scheduled recall on Forester and added oil change, rotation, and air filter changes to the mix. No problem.
