I was quoted a different price over the phone then was charged. I hadn’t heard anything 4.5 hours after dropping my car off, so I called for an update. They didn’t know anything and said they would call me back. Took almost an hour to call me back and just ran the diagnostic then. Service was not great when I came to pick up and I was not thrilled the price was more than I was quoted. More

My service rep, Jon, was wonderful. He communicated everything well and timely. He clearly explained the service that needed to be done and the price. When I checked out, I was somewhat surprised to see that there was a fee for credit card payments. I think this should be a cost of doing business for the dealer and should not be passes on to the consumer by way of a fee. More
