I have been a returning customer of DeNooyer for over 45 years and have been working with Heath for over 20 years. I was very pleased with this service appt. The last one was unsatisfactory, tech and advisors were useless. Jonathan Cordi was my service advisor this visit. I had an inspection done on my Chev.Equinox, and had new filters engine and cabin installed, as the vehicle is from 2022. figured better now. I had GM Rewards I wanted to use, and there wasn't any problem or issues. He understood my requests, and job was completed. And in a timely matter. I will be looking into a front end alignment, but tech said they were alright right now, to pass inspection. thank you for your great service. More

I am a loyal customer, but this service experience was well below par! It was not the actual workmanship, which was fine, it was the lack of communication between the dealership and the customer. My vehicle was in for a warranty issue that a part had to be ordered; I was told it would take 3 to 5 days. 10 days later I started calling the dealership, three separate times I was promised a call back from either the service writer or the service manager. After the fourth call the person that answered finally found that the part was in and had been in. It then took another 2 weeks before an available appointment. So, for a month I could not open my driver’s door from the inside. You need to do better! More

Excellent service as always. I would expect nothing less from DeNooyer. I leased my car in 2008 and bought it at the end of the contract.
