Routine service - oil change, tire rotation etc. Dropped the car off for 9am appointment. Had prearranged for shuttle service when I made the appointment. Got to the appointment at 8:45am. Cars were backed up to drive into the service area. When I went inside to the service desk at was acknowledged right away. However I was told there wa no shuttle service as the driver had already left to go to Schenectady. I needed up taking Uber to my office. I received a call on my cell at 9:42am. I was in a meeting and could not take the call. No message was left. I called three times to check to see if my car was ready. First time I called general number and was asked my name and vehicle type. Provided the information and was asked to hold. I then was transferred to the service department and was greeting with a recording that stated if you know the extension of your service rep please enter now. Well I wasn't given that info before she transferred me. Called back 15 minutes later and same process. The third attempt a not so pleasant woman answered asked me for my phone and then name and the car make. Not sure why she couldn't locate by my name alone. She told me the car was ready and I could pick up any time. I picked up the car around 4:45pm. Women at the service desk handed me the service report and keys. All who I dealt with were very curt, no pleasantries like good morning, hello, thank you for your business.........I realize the service department was very busy, but being courteous goes a long way for customers. This is not a reflection of the young man who checked me in, just my overall opinion of the entire service department. More

Great service I dreaded coming up there for an oil changes b/c as a working mom with 4 little ones in various schools etc it is just not something I can fit in too I dreaded coming up there for an oil changes b/c as a working mom with 4 little ones in various schools etc it is just not something I can fit in too easily. I live and work in the N Greenbush/ Troy area. I like to pop in for an oil change spur of moment when I have time. But I made the appointment. It was quick and painless. Out in less than an hour. Thanks so much. It is always a nice perk to have floors vacuumed with an oil change. Maybe something to consider adding. Everyone is pleasant and efficient. Thanks! Megan Greco Baron More

I only gave 4 stars because they didn't change my oil but that's not a big issue for me I'm just happy they fixed my truck so fast and the customer service was excellent. Incompetent workmanship, I have been to this place for close to last 2.5 years for my 2 cars and also recommended this place to a few of my friends. But my experience of June I have been to this place for close to last 2.5 years for my 2 cars and also recommended this place to a few of my friends. But my experience of June 5th 2018 was not something that would motivate me to go to this location again. I requested oil change w/ tire rotation. I marked my tires to ensure they were ACTUALLY rotated. To my shocking surprise tires were not rotated, mistakes do happen but when I asked the gentleman he told me tire rotation was complete. Then I proved my point, after which the associate took the car inside and damaged the lugnuts while rotating the tires, upon my query, his reply was: it was like that only. I know a few basics of auto mechaincs and I could not fathom that. Eventually I had to go to my home without my car by taxi (of course I paid out of my pocket for that), no loaner was provided in the absence of manager. Strange it is. For their fault I had to pay for cab. Problem is this shop has interns who work without any experienced people around them. Had that been the case, then things would not come to such a pass. Only saving grace was their service associate Jonathan Cordi who was courteous and I appreciated that. But visiting this location again, is out of question. More
