This is our 3rd lease from this dealership, and it was a great experience, again. Jordan greeted us at the door, and we were his only focus throughout the course of the transaction. We've had other experiences where the sales person was working with multiple people at the same time and it took all day, and added frustration. NOT the case here, Jordan devoted his attention to us the entire time. Ian, the manager, came out to talk to us and recognized that we were repeat customers. He thanked us for our return patronage. After deciding on our new truck, we worked with Charlie in finance. He got us within the range we wanted, with coverage that we needed. At no point through this process did we feel pressured to choose a vehicle or finance plan that was beyond our budget. And at the end of the night, even beyond his working hours, Jordan stayed to make sure that we were all tech-hooked up and familiar with the new features. There is a reason we keep coming back, and we plan to continue to do so! Thank you Wilde Toyota! More

After having a bad experience at another dealer, me and my fiancé came here. We were surprised by how nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating Jordan was. I was back in the next day to find my phone with my my fiancé came here. We were surprised by how nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating Jordan was. Even though he was busy getting a car ready for another customer, he helped me find my phone and even helped my mom pick a car she liked that she is a few years out on buying. The whole experience was amazing and every question my parents or I asked, both Jordan and Phil took the time to not only answer the question but make sure we understood. I am very impressed and thankful to both Jordan and Phil. It speaks a lot when you have multiple people coming up to you to make sure you are being helped. Everyone was so inviting and nice. I have worked so many years in customer service, so has both of my parents, and I was impressed by the level to which this store achieved the great customer service it has. We have always leased cars but the needs of our family with two high school teens and a 6foot 4 20 year old... we needed something bigger and comfy. My wife and I have never walked away confident that we had someone really fighting to get us what we wanted for what we could afford. I cannot stress enough HOW IMPRESSeD and happy we were being helped by Jordan!!!!!!! Even after we agreed and closed on the car we wanted, he bent over backwards to finalize a few other things we had wanted. He already made the sale. He could have blown it off. He didn’t and he delivered. Everything from: His professionalism, the way he carries himself, his relatability, his attention to detail, his honesty, and taking the extra time to show us everything about the car, has made us comfortable and confident that JORDAN is the guy we will chose to work with from here on out. I cannot wait time show our kids that we got it alllll and Jordan even swapped out our bench for captain chairs in the second row! Service is everything to our family and we are so appreciative.
