We had gone to multiple car dealerships to buy a preowned automobile, and for a variety of reasons did not purchase a car from them. This was a refreshing experience where Bruce actually had done researc automobile, and for a variety of reasons did not purchase a car from them. I had a good experience when I purchased in 2012 and as I told Mr. Copley you have an outstanding service department. Mr. Copley was friendly, quick to listen to what I wanted and did an outstanding job to see that I obtained the Nissan Altima that I wanted to purchase. The dealership was fairly busy and while I had to wait to deal with the financial part of the sale Mr. Copley proved to be an entertaining person to converse with. I greatly appreciated his friendliness and conversation during my wait time. I would strongly recommend him as a sales associate to work with when purchasing a new/used car. More
