My vehicle has been in four separate times for the same unresolved issue, and every time I’m told it’s just a “software problem.” No real diagnostics, no resolution, just empty excuses. Meanwhile, the issue continues to compromise the safety and reliability of my car.
The worst part? The service manager was not only rude and dismissive but actually had the audacity to ask me to overlook known safety issues. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s dangerous and unethical. I came in expecting Volvo-level care and integrity, and instead I was treated like an inconvenience.
There’s zero accountability, zero transparency, and clearly zero concern for customer safety. Crest Volvo has shown me they care more about brushing problems under the rug than fixing them.
This dealership has failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer care and vehicle maintenance. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Crest Volvo if you value honesty, safety, and competent service.
