All of our vehicles, including loaners, are inspected prior to being released, and no windshield damage was noted at checkout. Unfortunately, when damage occurs while a vehicle is in a customer’s possession, it is considered the responsibility of the driver, which is consistent with standard loaner policies. That said, we are sorry if the explanation or delay during your visit felt uncomfortable or discourteous. We take feedback like this seriously and are always working to improve how we communicate during difficult situations.
