Then, while relaxing in the waiting area, Michael Duggan an I was greeted kindly as usual by a Jordan Ferber to take my RDX in for a routine service. Then, while relaxing in the waiting area, Michael Duggan and Marco Pinto teamed up to get me a brand new MDX , did the paper work, and had the car ready for me to drive home and surprise my wife, whose comment was: Ah! you had the car cleaned very nicely! - She hadn't expected me to arrive in a new Acura having gone for an oil change....and this is not the first time. I think this is my seventh o eight Acura and they have kept my coming back year after year because of the superb experience that starts with a great product in a world class location and with the best professional people in the business. When I got from them my first Acura MDX (1st 2001 Silver MDX in FL), about 20 years back, Michael Chang was an outstanding tech taking care of my cars. Now he is the Manager of an outstanding Service Department. Way to go ! My only complaint would be that Acura made the new NSX too small for me (6'-5") to fit in ! But I guess you can't win the all ! So, thank you guys and keep up the good work ! More

Read many google reviews about a possible transmission problem so I felt like a chicken walking into a slaughter house. Alex and Jordan in the maintenance department explained the different possibilities and options that we should take. I handed over my keys and walked directly to the sales area. That’s how optimistic I felt. Met James, a rockstar sales person and already was picturing myself in a brand new MDX. Two hours later after doing a transmission flush, they handed me back my keys. I immediately felt the difference in my vehicle and felt like I’d won the lotto. The problem was resolved and I can’t thank them enough for it. Next year when I plan on buying a new MDX I found the place, and the people I trust to make that happen. More
