This is the 4th Volvo in almost 40 years. The last Volvo was a 1988 740GLE and was still great after 23 years. That car was never in the shop for repairs. Not one time in 23 years. From the moment I walked in it was a professional and stream line experience. Bruce was awesome with showing us the car that we where interested in and it was the one we ended up purchasing. Haven't used the service department yet. Sales department kept us there 3 hours after we said we wanted the car to push the service contract. Also said we could get a package that included theft deterrent... kept us there 3 hours after we said we wanted the car to push the service contract. Also said we could get a package that included theft deterrent...when that was not an option because it was already on the car. So simply added to the price. Poor representation and misleading. More
