They exceeded my expectations in working with a car dealership. They had everything ready for me, the car was detailed, two keys delivered at purchased, gas tank full, no hidden last minute extra charges, and everything was explained. Mark took me through how to use all of the features of the car, and little quirks, and Kelsey took care of all the details regarding the purchase and had everything ready to go for me. Fantastic service! Friendly and fast! I drove from Tennessee to test drive the new Seltos and was not disappointed! Kelsey was friendly, educated, and not pushy at all. Highly recommend Kia Products, Sales, and Service! Have owned a 2012, 2013, & 2016 Soul and leased a 2017 Niro Hybrid thru this Paramount Kia dealership. Jodi Biltonen had been instrumental in helping Have owned a 2012, 2013, & 2016 Soul and leased a 2017 Niro Hybrid thru this Paramount Kia dealership. Jodi Biltonen had been instrumental in helping me transition from owning a Soul to leasing the Niro in 2017 and is was a real pleasure to be able to work with her again this year to lease a new 2019 Niro Hybrid. She is friendly, knowledgeable and works hard to help you get the fairest and best 'deal' possible. The whole Service department is well trained on the product ( I always have my vehicles serviced at the Dealership) And the Product? I have had no problems with the Souls or Niro what-so-ever in my 8 year relationship with Kia. More

First New Car Purchase This was my first new car purchase, because of COVID-19 stuff I inquired about a Kia Soul online. I got a credit check and quote from Mike Greene, and This was my first new car purchase, because of COVID-19 stuff I inquired about a Kia Soul online. I got a credit check and quote from Mike Greene, and I had put some of my deposit down to "hold the deal." He told me all I'd have to do was fill out paperwork when I came, which was good. I asked him about additional fees and I was told there was just a dealership fee. I came, tested the car and loved it! Things moved a bit slowly because the dealership was pretty busy the Saturday I came. I signed paperwork, met with Jordan to discuss finances. Being my first new car, was a little confused about the warranties listed on the paperwork. I asked questions, but the answers were a bit vague and confusing. This point of the process was kinda rushed through, I imagine partially due to the fact they were busy. I got home and realized half my paperwork was missing from the envelope I was given. There wasn't a bill of sale, some state paperwork was missing, and some of the other papers and information I had signed regarding the warranties. I did have my contract and noticed that the price listed as the base price of my car was different than what I was quoted and put my money on prior. I also noticed there was a maintenance plan for the dealership that was on my contract, but didn't make sense because I live in Raleigh. I panicked and called the dealership the next day and spoke to Joel about the fact I felt a little tricked. He offered to re-sign my contract and have me go in depth into the details about the warranties with finance and get all my paperwork sorted. So I came back to the dealership and met with Garrett to do all of this. First off let me say Garrett was an A+ employee. He explained everything in depth to me and answered my questions in detail to where I understood what was going on and where my money was going. I was able to take off the unnecessary standard maintenance plan and I got back the difference of what I was quoted, versus what ended up on my contract. I also briefly met with my salesman, Mike, when I went and he was largely apologetic about the mix-up. I believe this was just an error of communication, and I do applaud management and all of the employees I dealt with for turning what could've been a negative experience into something positive. I would suggest that in the future, if there are deals that are happening online, that a detailed price breakdown is sent to the customer (minus the warranties) before they make any deposit. I would also suggest that in finance they take things a little slower when going through warranties. Not everyone has a good understanding of how these things work, and it could've saved some issues.
