2019 Kia Sorento Bought my second Kia (first one was a 2017 Niro) from Michael Newman at Paramount Kia of Asheville. I seriously feel like I got a great deal on both vehicles. I did a lot of research going in to buying the Sorento and felt I had a great understanding of how much I should pay, and they did better than what I expected. No pressure sale, very accommodating to all my questions. Great staff all around but Michael (Newman) really did me right. Thank you Paramount Kia of Asheville for my new ride, love it. Terry More

Kudos to Team Paramount! Third Purchase - Awesome Service! I came over to have a recall done on my car, and since I got there early I decided to just drive around the lot and see what they had. Red is my favor I came over to have a recall done on my car, and since I got there early I decided to just drive around the lot and see what they had. Red is my favorite color, and I saw a red KIA Sorento sitting there, all lonely. I had no intentions of trading, but I had always wanted a red Sorrento, but red was not a color either of the two years that I bought the Sorrento's that I had. Bucky Bates told me they would make me a deal and that I should look at it. I had really great car payments, lower than most, and told him that, and told him that I had no intentions of trading and raising my car payment. Let me tell you what, he got Aaron, one of the GMs to come in and help to make sure that they got my payments where they needed to be. Aaron sold me my first KIA 11 years ago, and he also talked to me when I came back five years later and bought my second one (from Andrew Newhouse-awesome guy too!). After 11 years Aaron remembered red was my favorite color and that I wanted a red one both times and didn't end up getting one. Aaron was determined for me to have this car, and he worked out an awesome deal for me. Bucky Bates, Aaron, and the rest of the team at KIA worked hard to get the payments as low as the ones I had. Again, this is my third KIA Sorento purchased from this same dealership, and I have been happy every time. They have stayed until 10 at night on my second purchase, they had Aaron and Bucky Bates working on this third purchase to meet the payment I could afford, and upgraded to a better Sorento. My car came in on a truck three days later, so they gave me a loaner identical to mine to drive till it came in. When I went to pick it up, Odie showed me all the "SMART CAR" Bluetooth stuff, how it worked, which app to download and how to work it all after I downloaded things. He set up my phone (all these things were different from my car). Like I mentioned, going from a regular car with a back up screen and Bluetooth to a Smart Car with so many capabilities was an upgrade. I have always been pleased with this dealership and their staff, going above and beyond and put it in the extra effort to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and I feel good about the choice that I've made in a car purchase. I'm a repeat customer that will be back again because they care, they put effort into their customers, sales and their staff step up! Thanks Bucky and Aaron! I love my PASSION RED KIA Sorento!!! Some other dealers have put that sort of work on me, so I really appreciate her efforts. She's friendly and easy to talk to and advocates for her customer where she can, and explains the paperwork she is responsible for, rather than dismissing it with a simple "sign here." This is my third Kia and the second one I have acquired from Paramount, and my wife owns one she got from them too. They must be doing something right. More

Pleased overall despite error Bought a 2011 Kia Sorrento because of its low mileage and we were told it had only one owner, which was important to us. However, when we checked Carf Bought a 2011 Kia Sorrento because of its low mileage and we were told it had only one owner, which was important to us. However, when we checked Carfax we found out it had three prior owners. Dealership was very apologetic about what seemed to be an honest error and offered a further discount on the price as a good faith gesture. We were pleased with their overall sales team and decided to make the purchase. We also purchased from Kia a 5 year warranty and will take the car there for servicing. Bottom line is we would recommend shopping for your next car at Paramount Kia. More
