Great experience I live approx. 1.5 hours from Paramount Kia so most of my negotiations and questions about the vehicle was via phone. John is great! We went to Paramount to check out a vehicle we had seen online. We were not 'stalked' by sales staff like we had been at other dealerships, which was awesome. We were offered help and then left alone. When we decided to test drive, John was so helpful and kind. We did end up purchasing the vehicle and are very happy with it. Our only regret is not insisting on a second key. We were told after the purchase that there was only one. Otherwise, we were very pleased. We definitely recommend Paramount and, especially, John. More

Everyone at the dealership is friendly and very knowledgeable. Very welcoming atmosphere. No pressure sales tatics here and they do something most dealerships forget... they actually LISTEN to whats important to the customer. Then, their finance department makes it happen! Andrew Newhouse has been my sales consultant in my last 2 purchases. He is always very professional, makes good use of my time and always follows up with me after my purchase. I really appriciate everything he as well as the finance partners do for me to make my "wants" reality. Thank you all! More

Great Experience buying my new Niro John and Aaron got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay with all of the bells and whistles. EXCELLENT from beginning to END! Ended up at Kia Asheville after a log day of shopping for a car for my son. At first my intentions were to find him a vehicle I could pay cash for but Ended up at Kia Asheville after a log day of shopping for a car for my son. At first my intentions were to find him a vehicle I could pay cash for but would also be reliable as again it was for my son. I ended up at this dealership with a list of vehicles I had shopped through the day, I was greeted by sales person MIke Baxley who listened to my needs and tried to stay within my budget. We walked that lot from front to back.. I was then directed to manager Aaron who began to help me from beginning to end, going over and beyond to not only help me but make sure I was making the best purchase possible for my son and his safety. He checked all the car fax's for me of all the vehicles I have been looking at through out the day. He then took me to a car they had and gave me a incredible deal. I did end up financing some of the car whch was not my plan but the reassurance of knowing my son was in a reliable vehicle, with warranty and a clean title made it soo worth it. Furthermore, Aaron then started working on helping me get out of my 2011 Camero. It was very hard for me to let go of my camero... I have had it 7 years and was pretty attached but knew it was only getting older. However, to do this, it had to be a deal I couldn't pass up. Once again sales person Mike and Bucky working with Aaron made sure to listen to my needs, what I wanted and worked to get me where I needed to be financially so I was comfortable. I cant even begin to tell you how much I appreciated them all. I will go back to KIa Paramount again and again and suggest them FAR ABOVE any dealership I have ever been to!! THANK YOU Aaron, Mike and Bucky... and even my finance guy!! I know at the end of the day its a business, however I think I made a few friends as well! More

Knew Exactly How to Handle a Hard Customer I like to think of myself as a hard customer. I am in customer service myself, and so I always have a higher standard to be met. Sean, Jordan, and J I like to think of myself as a hard customer. I am in customer service myself, and so I always have a higher standard to be met. Sean, Jordan, and Josh blew my expectations out of the water. They maintained professionalism and I feel like they actually listened to what I needed. Sean picked up on my cues of what I was looking for in a way that made the whole purchase comfortable. When my original choice wasn't going to work out, he had one I could afford warmed up and ready so as not to kill my spirit. He did all the right things to help find the right vehicle for me. Jordan made sure I understood everything I was signing and was very articulated. Josh really listened to what I needed to fit my budget and worked with me to make that happen, and gave me good advice on how to move forward with my auto loan in the future. Even Odie was very friendly and helpful when I went to switch tags. I am more that thrilled with my new Jeep, and am very happy with the customer experience that all these gentlemen practiced. Even thought I didn't go with a Kia, I will gladly return in the future as well as recommend Paramount Kia. More

Andrew is awesome I was hesitant about getting a new car because of previous experiences I have had with car dealerships. I was quite surprised at Paramount Kia. I I was hesitant about getting a new car because of previous experiences I have had with car dealerships. I was quite surprised at Paramount Kia. I had a salesperson named Andrew who made all the difference in my experience there. He spent time talking to me and my wife about things other than cars as we mulled the decision and weighed our financial options. A previous salesman had picked us for an entirely different car and we kindly told Andrew we had our hearts set on a different model and he "switched gears" seamlessly and showed us to what we wanted. Even though it was less expensive than the other model, he presented its value and helped us decide on it as our car to take home. The Sales Managers brought me prices different than what I had discussed with Andrew so I had to "renegotiate" back to the original price, but this is expected with any car purchase. For me that part is nothing new. For me the selling point was the agent that showed us the cars and helped us see the benefits of each one so we could make our own decision. More
