I worked with Jordan Santos and Bruce Emens to have my 2002 4Runner serviced. Bruce is new to the service department and was being trained by Jordan. I look forward to working with Bruce. I’ve bought 4 cars from Findlay Toyota. Two Tacomas one Corolla Hybrid for my daughter. And a tundra just recently. My first Tacoma I wrecked it and contacted the dealer. First thing they a Two Tacomas one Corolla Hybrid for my daughter. And a tundra just recently. My first Tacoma I wrecked it and contacted the dealer. First thing they asked was, was I ok. I told them I wanted to replace with another Tacoma. When we showed up that had a Tacoma ready for me. But its towing capacity was not powerful enough to tow my tailer. I contacted the salesman and he told me a 2021 Tundar had just arrived that night. Came back next day and saw my forever truck. I actually enjoy coming here. The people are friendly and service is wonderful. Findlay replaced the bed cover and are replacing the gate latches. I would never expect to enjoy going to this dealership but we are treated friendly and respectful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota. I love Toyota for their quality and the dealership for their treatment of customers Steven Smith More

When all was said and done, my problem was resolved. There was a delay in the service re my gas tank fix. At first it was not spotted. There was a delay of a day or so.
