I would like to take this time to say, from the moment I drove my van in for an oil change, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Ms. Jordan. It made such a difference in my morning. I truly appreciate how drove my van in for an oil change, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Ms. Jordan. It made such a difference in my morning. I truly appreciate how Honda of Cartersville has upgraded to a system where you now receive text messages about your vehicle and if the service department find anything else need to be done with your vehicle you can now accept or deny the services. I think it's a game changer, so everyone doesn't know your business. I also love how they give you the prices of everything that needs to be done immediately or with you can come back and get things fix as your finances are good. I truly love how Honda of Cartersville has evolved. One more thing that I love about Honda of Cartersville they also text you the price of the service that you had Honda of Cartersville to service. So no hidden fees. Just straight up honest with the prices. More

I went to the dealership with a list and I was not disappointed. Brittany was wonderful, and Nick went through all of my options and helped me choose the car of my choice. A wonderful experience!
