Spent a few days working with Steve. This is a very nice man, professional, easy to work with and pleasant. I spent over a decade in the Auto Industry and it is very difficult for me t This is a very nice man, professional, easy to work with and pleasant. I spent over a decade in the Auto Industry and it is very difficult for me to have even a decent experience at a dealership (for obvious reasons) but I had a great experience at Leesburg CJD working with Steve. We were unable to agree on terms to finalize a deal, but that happens. Not Steve's fault or the dealerships. The sales manager involved in our negotiation was Jorden Hayes and he was as congenial as could possibly be, straightforward with numbers and we got pretty close to making a deal. In the end, I would urge folks to remember that as a general rule, the majority of people that take the time to write a review are disgruntled folks that didn't get their way. I recommend ignoring the Google rating for the dealership, giving them an opportunity and asking for Steve if anyone is in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge vehicle. More

I was told my vehicle would be delivered to my driveway 24 hours after purchase. It was delivered 50 hours after purchase and had damage. Sales person wanted to drop the keys and take off.
