Most were fairly smooth, but Crest has really elevated the experience. My salesperson Bailey was professional and helpful the entire time. Great follow up...no pressure, and she even helped me program the Google Car Play. The video from the service department was a very nice touch. We had a little bit of an issue. We live 2 hours away. Once we got the car home, we started experiencing loud popping and grinding sounds. This was the first time that we have bought a car from Crest. We were thinking is this a lemon of a car? It took a few phone calls, but we were connected to Brian Bingham. My husband explained the issue and Brian got us an appointment for the next day. In a couple have hours, the issue was fixed. The only other thing was, I wished I had noticed that the car’s retractable cargo cover was missing. It was probably taken out of our and put in another car. We felt much more comfortable with Crest, once this brake issue was resolved. We will do business with Crest again in a few years. More
