The first salesperson did not return my calls so I shifted to a different salesperson. That salesperson was great. Knowledgeable on the car and features. But management over the salesperson was less than satisfactory. I asked for an adjustment to the discount and the manager offered up an adjustment on the trade-in value. Not what I was expecting. And then the manager entered the wrong code for the interior when placing the order and the car arrived with the wrong interior; So had to wait while they found a substitute and added options to get the car to what was ordered.
