EXPERIENCE WAS NOT AS GOOD AS AT BOUCHER WHEN I BOUGHT FORD THE SALESPERSON WAS WONDERFUL. I MADE A REASONABLE (BUT LOW) OFFER. THEY KEPT NICKELING AND DIMEING AND STALLING. There were covers on the roof rails that were missing that everyone missed when vehicle was delivered. After a week, this was discovered by me when I was investigating a kayak rack. I called Jorgo, he ordered the covers for me. When I arrived, they were ready. There was no charge to me and the appointment went quick. Thanks to Jorgo and parts. More

Going above and beyond What can I say. In the few times that I have purchased a car I go into any dealership with a level of skepticism. Ready for the "pressure sell". Then What can I say. In the few times that I have purchased a car I go into any dealership with a level of skepticism. Ready for the "pressure sell". Then I met Jorgo (pronounced like Georgio) and the Heiser Toyota Team. I came in armed with the exact cars that I was interested in. Jorgo asked a couple questions about what I was looking for and that was really it. He made sure that the cars were in inventory and then gave me the opportunity to drive them and review them. I left after having ample time to look at the cars I was interested. At no point did I feel like I needed to buy any vehicle before leaving. I did decide to purchase one of the vehicles that I had test drove. There was a chip in the paint on one of the doors that I needed them to take care of, which they agreed to before purchase. I agreed to take delivery early the next week to provide enough time for the body shop to take care of the chip. The biggest challenge that I had was a death in the family that required the paperwork to be completed sooner. We scheduled time to complete the paperwork on a Friday and the plan (my plan) was to take delivery the following Monday. We came in at the end of the day on Friday to complete the paperwork and payment, etc. Much to my surprise Jorgo led us out to the delivery bay and showed us that the car was ready to go. So not only did they set it up so that we could complete all of the paperwork, but they also delivered the car to us 3 days early with a nice, clean, beautiful paint job. The chip was repaired and the car looked like new. Overall Jorgo Ndina and Steve (Sales Manager) made this process fantastic. They made my day by getting the car done way before expected and I left a very satisfied customer. I know that I will be looking at the Heiser Toyota inventory first the next time I am looking for another vehicle. More

Purchased a New Vehicle My husband went into the dealership while I was working and found the vehicle he wanted. My husband "held' the vehicle so I could come back the next day with him to apply for the financing as well and be a part of the process. I followed up with the salesman after his visit to ask how I would be able to go about being on the financing of the vehicle since I pay the bills and normally am the one who communicates, if need be with the financing company. I also wanted to be on the financing as well to help improve my credit score. I emailed my information over the next morning, per his instructions and he followed up via email throughout the day answering my questions. Now I realize the salesman isn't privy to personal credit information, but I asked a few times " Are WE approved and all set?!" He said yes, all you have to do is come in tonight and you'll be able to take delivery of the vehicle. Once we arrived we were informed that I was NOT on the loan or title to the vehicle since putting me on would've increased our payment. I was upset, since I made it clear that it was important to us that I be on the financing. So I didn't NEED to be there afterall and my husband could've either finished the deal when he was there that night or come back by himself. I feel that the communication should've have been initiated by Finance to myself or husband to let us know our options, instead of "assuming" and then getting all the way there and telling us that it could be changed, but we'd have to wait. I understand that finance likes to get you the lowest payment, but felt that finance should've at least giving us the option prior to by communicating with us prior to delivery and not having expectations for what was asked and having it dropped on you at delivery, which is supposed to be a happy and exciting time. The salesman also gave us a payment number when my husband was there and said it could range, but would be towards the lower number, which was our top off for a new payment, the payment ended up being around $50 more than that, which again is a big deal and was never communicated to us as well prior to delivery. I've dealt with other dealerships that have communicated every step of the way, especially if things were not as your expressed instructions and wishes and feel this is an opportunity for this dealership. I feel like they just "assumed" a lot of things to make this sale happen vs. our instructions and wishes. Not a happy delivery at all. More
