Came in for service and walked out with a new car. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchase at this dealership and it's always a great experience. There is always something that goes wrong. Last time it was a simple oil change that took 1-1/2 hours with an appointment. I asked that the car not be washes to speed up the process but they Last time it was a simple oil change that took 1-1/2 hours with an appointment. I asked that the car not be washes to speed up the process but they did anyway and left it soaking wet with water spots. I had just had the car detailed days before. Warranty work, door panel not installed correctly. I wish there was a different Mazda dealer closer to where I work but they are the closest so not much a choice More
