The service department is horrible. Last several times I have been there we have had to wait an extended amount of time for a simple oil change; Had an appointment to come back to have Last several times I have been there we have had to wait an extended amount of time for a simple oil change; Had an appointment to come back to have a part put in after it was ordered and the car sat in the drive way for 40 minutes before taking it back and then it took an additional two hours to replace it. I used to love their service department but will not be back. More
