I went in for an oil change only. I started looking at a used Tucson 2019,it was to much. I went back a few days later to drive the 2020 Tucson. Jose at Rick Case Hyundai I hadn't purchased a car in almost 15 years so I was definitely out of the game when it comes to knowing what was available. Jose at Rick Case Hyundai was more than polite, friendly and helpful. Unlike most of the other salesmen at other dealerships that tried to give me the bait and switch on a vehicle, Jose really took the time to make sure I received what I wanted and at a fair price. He took the time to explain the differences and what it would mean for the overall coat and whether or not certain things were worth getting. I truly appreciated all the help and was able to walk away with a vehicle that is perfect for me right now. Thank you. More

Disappointed We have been loyal customers since 2011, we have brought family and friends who also have bought and leased cars here, everything was fine until our l We have been loyal customers since 2011, we have brought family and friends who also have bought and leased cars here, everything was fine until our last experience, my husband bought an used 2017 Subaru WRX, the car broke down and my husband took it to a Subaru dealership in Sanford Florida, they informed us that they cannot touch the car because it has been modified and warranty would not cover it. We proceed to get in contact with Jose Chiramonte at Rick Case, he has been our sales Rep all this time, he told us that they needed to inspect the car but Rick Case wouldn't cover the tow bill, we ended up paying over $600USD for towing the car from Sanford to Weston Florida. Rick Case sent the car to Subaru, who once again said that the warranty won't cover anything because the car had been modified, I want to clear up that the car was modified before selling it to us and we were never told this. It has been almost 3 months without a straight answer from Rick Case, they have done nothing, we have requested for a loaner several times so we can go to work while they take their sweet time to fix our problem, but they give us the way around, we have spent a lot of money in Uber and asking rides from friends for almost 3 months. on May 30th we sent an email to the manager explaining the situation and manager hasn't responded. This has been a total nightmare! More
