Tire Puncture Replacement Wife ran over some debris on on the freeway causing a puncture on the sidewall of our XC40. We took the vehicle to Rusnak and mentioned our Care by Vo Wife ran over some debris on on the freeway causing a puncture on the sidewall of our XC40. We took the vehicle to Rusnak and mentioned our Care by Volvo Program. The tire was completely replaced the same day free of charge, no questions asked. As a consumer, you always expect companies to hold their end of the bargain and Rusnak has come through on more than one occasion. I've had experiences with other dealers who have tried to squeeze some sort of payment even when fully under warranty. Rusnak checked their system, told us we were all good, and we were on our way. On another occasion, we had a faulty part on our lift gate that is prone to loosening up. Although they mentioned it would be a long shot to get it covered, they still came through with an all new part free of charge, meaning the Care by Volvo program that I am paying for every month covered it. All in all, a super fair dealer and a great service team practicing great customer service. More

Very Satisfied! MIssing Part replacement experience I leased this Volvo XC60 about a 2 month ago and love so much. However I noticed there was one missing parts on rear bumper after a couple of days fr I leased this Volvo XC60 about a 2 month ago and love so much. However I noticed there was one missing parts on rear bumper after a couple of days from purchase, it was cover for connecting towing thing, So I contacted dealer for replacement, They told me I will need pay for that but after some conversation explaining them there was no fault on my side at all, they ended up ordering without any charge which was good. so I went to parts department of dealership and they were gonna replace the parts, the cover did not fit well and kept falling off for some reason , I was assuming parts of holding the cover was broken inside, I asked them a couple of times, "how come it does not fit?" he seemed like he want to finish this little thing quickly, the guy told me " dont worry , all cars are like this" and he put double side tapes inside. I was asking him " all other cars hold this parts with double sided tape like this?" and he said " Yes, But please be careful when you do car wash, avoid spraying directly on this parts it might come off" , I was not satisfied at all but he said all cars are like this, so we left there. Now we are driving this car always pay attention the parts is not falling off everyday and also need to let car wash company about the looseness of the little parts. hope the parts is not falling off again... More

Very accommodating service! I needed repair on a rear door latch that was possibly damaged by my local car wash and Na'eem and Jose were very helpful and accommodating with my ne I needed repair on a rear door latch that was possibly damaged by my local car wash and Na'eem and Jose were very helpful and accommodating with my needs and time constraints. No power, no brakes in the middle of the freeway I brought my Volvo xc60 in because it had shut off while i was driving it 3 times in two days. After keeping it for 5 days Rusnak Volvo service found I brought my Volvo xc60 in because it had shut off while i was driving it 3 times in two days. After keeping it for 5 days Rusnak Volvo service found nothing wrong with it and told me they tested it and could find nothing wrong with it and to come pick it up. They assured me the car was safe to drive. I reluctantly picked up the car but felt reassured by what they told me- nothing is wrong. I took the car and drove to work and as I was driving down the 134 west, 4 lanes from the shoulder, the car shut off and would not turn back on. No brakes, no power steering, no flashers, nothing. Luckily i made it to the shoulder safely. I called my service contact Anthony and left him a voicemail. He called back and apologized and said to bring the car back. He called back a few minutes later and asked me if there was gas in the car. As if that was the reason the car shut off? Not that there was an ongoing issue they couldn't figure out. And yes there was gas in the car. After waiting for AAA for two hours with a CHP officer on the shoulder i finally had the car back to Rusnak. After 5 minutes they figured out what was wrong with the car. ACTUALLY my tow truck driver figured out what was wrong. They wanted to fix the broken connection they somehow didnt discover during the 5 days they had my car and send me on my way again. I refused and said i wanted the car tested further and to give me a loaner. They obliged. There is absolutely no understanding on their end on how dangerous this situation could have become. I specifically bought my car at Rusnak because it is a female owned business and i thought service would be different. I believe i was treated so flippantly because they perceived me to be an easy customer who would go along with whatever i was told. More
