My concern was leaving the lease a year early and swap for a new vehicle. Knowing that this would be difficult to do, Adolfo made sure that he was going to take care of everything. Having been to many dealers around the area, I felt hopeless, but Adolfo made sure to help me every step of the way for me to walk out with a brand new car. And so I did. Originally I came in asking for a Chinese speaking sales rep but he was off , so I was introduce to Mr. Adolfo Marte who was not only knowledgeable, honest and professional but also have the patience of a saint after dealing with me for three days ! (IM NOT AN EASY GUY TO DEAL WITH) we finally came to an agreement. Very happy with my car . When you come to DCH Paramus Adolfo is you guy ! More

They treated me how they would want their family treated and yes I was their for a few hours but I never felt like I was unnecessarily waiting or not being help.
