I received an email from Pete about my experience at Val ward certified used cars visit, I said it was horrible my car trade in value was between 38k and 42k I was given 32k.like if it was stolen. I explain that on my email but unfortunately my email response went to the person that I was told he gave me that price.. My feedback suppose to go to Pete the GM, not Jose. When a vehicle is loaded with options that i gave you a factory print out options you suppose to enter those options. Maybe you should show your salesman how to do that as part of the job. But to low ball customer's vehicle price like that is insulting. More

I owe the salesperson, Gary Pratt and Val Ward Cadillac an apology I originally wrote an unflattering review which was not warranted. I was unaware of the actual steps Gary and the management of Val Wa an apology I originally wrote an unflattering review which was not warranted. I was unaware of the actual steps Gary and the management of Val Ward took to accommodate me in the purchase of the vehicle. They went above and beyond to make this sale happen, the only complaint I may have is it wasn't explained at the time or maybe I was just too hot to pay attention to what they were saying, which is probably the case. As far as the items that needed repair, they called me to schedule a day and time that would be convenient for me to complete the repairs. When I came in Gary and management couldn't be more professional, they gave me a car to use while mine was there. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and EVERYTHING done perfectly. Thank you, Gary and the entire staff, I am sorry for not trusting you as you conducted yourself in a professional manner throughout and more importantly as a friend. When back in the market I assure you, I will be back. More

We were met by Sam Vince, as was planned. I already knew that I would purchase the 2018 ATS. Sam and I took a short ride while my CTS weas being evaluated. Griffin was an amazing sales person. He helped me find the right vehicle with the price I needed. We discussed 3-4 different colors and years of the XT5. I already had a 2019 XT5 and was He helped me find the right vehicle with the price I needed. We discussed 3-4 different colors and years of the XT5. I already had a 2019 XT5 and was wanting a newer model. We handled everything through text and email which was best for me as my schedule is extremely busy. We went back and forth on Thursday and by Friday afternoon we had the deal. I went in Saturday and was in and out in 45 minutes with signing and delivery. Griffin was professional and friendly. Even though I already had an XT5 he went over all of the new features of the 2025 model. When the inside wasn't completely detailed I mentioned it and he made sure I could come back for a full detail the next week so I would be happy. He even removed my SunPass off the windshield and put it on the new vehicle. He was the best to work with and I will continue to recommend him to others when they are looking for a new car whether it is a Caddy or not. I take advantage of the Saturday morning complimentary car wash from time to time and those two guys are hustlers. They are so friendly, remember me and always give me tips on keeping my caddy in the best condition. The team at Val Ward Cadillac is top notch! This is my 3rd vehicle from them and this was the best experience. More

Bought a preowned Cadillac from Val Ward Cadillac. Had an issue with the air conditioner. Returned to the dealer and was given a loaner car while the repairs were made. The dealership went the extra mile to assure that the repairs were done correctly and completely. I appreciate that the dealership was not willing to take the cheap and easy(temporary) fix of evacuate and refill the system. They repaired the complete system! I am not easily impressed; Val Ward Cadillac has impressed me! I highly recommend them. More
