Awful 2nd time I have had problems wont go back again tried to give another chance to see if would make up for last time. Scheduled an oil change, took them 2 hours to do the work, asked them to check my tried to give another chance to see if would make up for last time. Scheduled an oil change, took them 2 hours to do the work, asked them to check my brakes was told it was $40 dollars to check my brakes when the website clearly states they offer multi-point inspections that cover brake inspections. Left my dashboard inside my car covered with dirty handprints, just had cleaned my car and my driver side floor mat was filthy and had footprints. I took pictures. Didn't get updates on where my vehicle was in the process or get my inspection video until I left the dealership. They didn't check my cabin filter inside my car either. Not sure what comes with a multipoint inspection but paying all the extras is crazy. The last time they rotated my tires but didn't balance them, then said I would have to pay $130 to balance them. Try to gouge customers for every dollar and can't even take care of my car and clean the inside of it. I will have to find another place to take my Toyota 4runner somewhere else. Can't even trust Toyota dealership to do an inspection and courtesy check on my brakes. More
