Sales rep was great. Experience was fine. Had to get something fix the 1st day (check engine light) so I had to wait on my Newly purchased car for them to fix a issue. al Experience was fine. Both my wife and I enjoyed the courtesy of the employees we interacted with. My only 2 points of dissatisfaction were: - the sales representative did not return my phone call for several days to inform u we interacted with. My only 2 points of dissatisfaction were: - the sales representative did not return my phone call for several days to inform us of the location of our "in transit" new vehicle after more than 2 weeks - the lack of information on when our new vehicle would arrive. Both issues decreased to level of credibility of service. More
