Jose Perez was the person I talked to on the phone to make the reservation. I asked for Jose. I was told me he wasn't there today and that his name was Jeremy Brennan that he would help me.He was very fr make the reservation. I asked for Jose. He said he would look into it to see what he could do. He got back to me later with a significant savings for me. I appreciated that very much. Being a handicapped senior citizen and being on a fixed income, that really helped. It was very nice of him to do that. Also, I met up with my salesman that sold me the car on November 30th of 2016. Jim, Casey and he was very nice to answer some questions about the Outlander Phev. Perhaps I may think about getting one of them within another year or two.
