We got upon the Mazda Cx-5 and loved the car. Shopped around at some dealerships and the assistance given by Sport Mazda North has been splendid. Zee, Shane, David, Jose, Matt, literally everyone here cares about their customers and wants them to be happy. We encountered some hiccups along the way but with how splendid the staff was, everything was taken care of and I'm sure that I received a great deal alongside a top notch customer service and experience. Jose did a fabulous job last week when I came in looking for a used car. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was right when he stated that the dealer would probably give me a lower int for a used car. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was right when he stated that the dealer would probably give me a lower interest rate for the car loan than my credit union. When I got home in my new car I worried because I thought I had forgotten my garage opener in my trade-in. But Jose was so thoughtful that he had already transferred it to my new car, as well as the epass decal. I had the car inspected and it passed. The car was checked out by a mechanic and it passed the inspection. Thank you Jose and Mazda dealer! More
