While the service managers are courteous and efficient and the work that gets performed is of high quality, there always seems to be something that is overlooked or missed. I’ve been taking my vehicles to and the work that gets performed is of high quality, there always seems to be something that is overlooked or missed. I’ve been taking my vehicles to this location for coming up on 20 years and it seems like recently little things like wiper blades or replacement of the burnt out lights on the exterior or interior of the vehicle are missed at each appointment. My experience was very poor. To get a simple repair done -- replacing dashboard lights -- it took three visits to Manly. Once Manly had finished, the backup camera on my dash d To get a simple repair done -- replacing dashboard lights -- it took three visits to Manly. Once Manly had finished, the backup camera on my dash did not work. Manly tried to solve the problem, but I was told they could not find any issues. I took the car to CarTunes, who had installed the camera, and they found the problem immediately. To fix the problem cost me $150, and Manly reimbursed me that amount because they had inadvertently disconnected a cable. Then it took me approximately 5-6 weeks to be reimbursed by Manly, and I had to contact the service advisor three times to be sure I got the refund. More
