I brought the car in for a vehicle warrant repair. Jose Rocha called after checking the in and before a technician ever saw it. He insisted, INSISTED, I authorize replacing the battery simply because it wasn't a Honda battery. He frequently talked over me and a few times down to me. In other words, hue was down right rude and demanding. I spent over 30 minutes trying to explain the issue. When I picked up car, I was informed that what they found was a little off, but still in spec. I left not at all convinced the problem was fully investigated. More
