When the situation could not initially be resolved, he encouraged me to try again and put his most experienced man on it. Jose even did research to identify others who had a similar situation. Jose never gave up despite the fact that 4 other mechanics had tried unsuccessfully to resolve the problem. Jose took several diagnostic drives with me to replicate the problem and was able to generally identify it and communicate it to his tech with great accuracy. Parts were ordered , installed and we had success! I Can not say enough about the service I received under the wing of Jose Rocha. Thank you for a positive, beautifully resolved ending to a very frustrating situation for me and my family. Thank you Jose!

Lo siento, te sientes así; nos esforzamos por mejorar cada experiencia de servicio. Primero, no tenemos citas; programamos horarios para el check-in de nuestros huéspedes. Y se le hizo plenamente consciente del proceso en su caso. Está regresando para reemplazar piezas y calibrar sistemas. Eras muy consciente del tiempo necesario, y seguías diciendo que esto debería tomar unos minutos y te dijiste que necesitaríamos hasta cinco horas. Su situación es especial; usted tiene un alcoholímetro de interbloqueo instalado en su automóvil que aparentemente no se puede apagar durante períodos mientras recibe servicio y requiere que lo sople cada 10 minutos mientras el vehículo está funcionando, eso es un gran inconveniente para nuestro técnico y para usted, pero Le dimos la bienvenida con el establecimiento de las expectativas adecuadas y le dimos lo mejor. Te he ayudado personalmente y he tenido innumerables encuentros, en su mayoría positivos. Siempre te he tratado con el mayor respeto e integridad. Hago mi mejor esfuerzo para explicar el "PROCESO", para que ambos ganemos. Como saben, está programado para el viernes nuevamente a la 1 p.m. para intentar todo esto nuevamente. I had 10:30 app and they change it until 1:30. Then i was here for 3 hours in order to blow the interlock device on my car to avoid any chargers fees. In the end they made it lockout so, now i have to pay the unlock fees. All that for my car to not be repaired yet because the technician dosent know what is hapening with the car and I have to come back this Friday at 1:30. In the past i tried to cancel the insurance that i paid for parts before it expired but the dealership didn’t help me and never called me back and let it expire without contacting me beforehand. It is frustrating for me and I hope you can do something to help. #240125
