I cannot give a good review, I didn't even get a one star service. I had an appointment at 9:15am and I was to wait for my car. After ll am I checked with my service rep and he said, oh he was sorry, but n service. I had an appointment at 9:15am and I was to wait for my car. After ll am I checked with my service rep and he said, oh he was sorry, but no one had even brought my car forward. So after sitting in the office for over 2 hours - nothing was done to my car and I left, as I needed to go to work. It was the worst service ever. I believe that if I have an appointment - someone is working on my car at 9:15. It was horrible. I cannot remember who I worked with so I cannot pick someone below. Jose Rocha, did in fact, correct this error. The oil is change all the inspections done, and he got my car washed also!!! over and above. . Thank you Jose!!! More

A couple months ago a gentleman in parts kindly installed a blinker light for me after I was told I’d have to wait a week from the service department. I truly appreciated this help as it was a safety concern and I am driving my 3 daily. I then visited 11/03 and also had excellent attention customer service from Jose. He gave me quotes I need for new tires. More
