I love All Ameriocan Dodge. Great customer service. Freindly and eager to help. They really make you feel right at home. Not to mention the waiting area, with the free coffee my Great customer service. Freindly and eager to help. They really make you feel right at home. Not to mention the waiting area, with the free coffee my favorite. They even got me a ride to my house so I didnt have to wait at the dealership all day. And when my car was done promptly got me a ride back to the dealership with no charge to me. Exellant service. More

The service department and the mechanics were awesome. They have the worst customer service ever. My battery would not start my car. They had to jump it to get it in the shop to change the oil. They had to jump it to get it out of the shop after t My battery would not start my car. They had to jump it to get it in the shop to change the oil. They had to jump it to get it out of the shop after the oil change. They never thought to change out the battery that is still under warranty will it was in the shop. They were also told when my son dropped it off in the morning that the battery was bad and needed to be changed, they did nothing about it. When my son went to pick it up they said they had to jump it all day to get started and if he could leave it we could get it changed out in 1-2 days, after it was in the shop all day. They had to jump my son for him to leave as well, because he had to get back to work after asking a coworker to give him a ride to pick up his car after they told him it was ready. My son had to drive to auto zone and spend $200 on a battery so he can get back and forth to work and to pick his son up at daycare. He is a single dad and can not be without a vehicle for a day as this car is his daily driver. 1-2 days to change out a battery after it was in the shop all day???? This tells me that this dealership does not care about customer service nor do they care about the people that bring the cars to them. More
