They have the worst customer service ever. My battery would not start my car. They had to jump it to get it in the shop to change the oil. They had to jump it to get it out of the shop after t My battery would not start my car. They had to jump it to get it in the shop to change the oil. They had to jump it to get it out of the shop after the oil change. They never thought to change out the battery that is still under warranty will it was in the shop. They were also told when my son dropped it off in the morning that the battery was bad and needed to be changed, they did nothing about it. When my son went to pick it up they said they had to jump it all day to get started and if he could leave it we could get it changed out in 1-2 days, after it was in the shop all day. They had to jump my son for him to leave as well, because he had to get back to work after asking a coworker to give him a ride to pick up his car after they told him it was ready. My son had to drive to auto zone and spend $200 on a battery so he can get back and forth to work and to pick his son up at daycare. He is a single dad and can not be without a vehicle for a day as this car is his daily driver. 1-2 days to change out a battery after it was in the shop all day???? This tells me that this dealership does not care about customer service nor do they care about the people that bring the cars to them. More

All American is the worst dealership I’ve dealt with. The service advisor I had shouldn’t work for any dealership. My vehicle stayed in your shop for over 58 days and no one could tell me what was wrong The service advisor I had shouldn’t work for any dealership. My vehicle stayed in your shop for over 58 days and no one could tell me what was wrong with it, the service manager was bad as well and I understand better now why this place was so bad, the leadership was bad. Yes this place was that bad. I would Never bring any vehicle to All American! More

This place keep my vehicle for 3 months and after they said it was fixed I went to go pick up my vehicle. Once I got in it and was about to drive off the lot, I noticed the problem I brought my vehicle in said it was fixed I went to go pick up my vehicle. Once I got in it and was about to drive off the lot, I noticed the problem I brought my vehicle in for was not fixed and was still there. I’m frustrated that I have only driven my Jeep gladiator for only 3 weeks and I had to take it in and they keep it for 3 months. I’ve been paying on a vehicle I haven’t even driven I payed a lot of money for this vehicle at this dealership and they can’t even try to help. There service at the service department is garbage and they should try finding new people. The manger is no help either. I will never buy another vehicle for this place just because of the service department. More
