All American is the worst dealership I’ve dealt with. The service advisor I had shouldn’t work for any dealership. My vehicle stayed in your shop for over 58 days and no one could tell me what was wrong The service advisor I had shouldn’t work for any dealership. This place keep my vehicle for 3 months and after they said it was fixed I went to go pick up my vehicle. Once I got in it and was about to drive off the lot, I noticed the problem I brought my vehicle in said it was fixed I went to go pick up my vehicle. Once I got in it and was about to drive off the lot, I noticed the problem I brought my vehicle in for was not fixed and was still there. I’m frustrated that I have only driven my Jeep gladiator for only 3 weeks and I had to take it in and they keep it for 3 months. I’ve been paying on a vehicle I haven’t even driven I payed a lot of money for this vehicle at this dealership and they can’t even try to help. There service at the service department is garbage and they should try finding new people. The manger is no help either. I will never buy another vehicle for this place just because of the service department. More

Even though the gentleman was a new representative he was very cordial and pleasant to deal with.
