Jose, the service rider, service technician did an excellent job in staying in communication with me. The issue with our truck needed additional parts that were on backorder, Jose assessed the truck a excellent job in staying in communication with me. The issue with our truck needed additional parts that were on backorder, Jose assessed the truck and said that we should be able to continue using it while waiting for the parts to come in which was a blessing because of the fact that we used the truck for work. When the parts that arrived, he notified us and scheduled the truck for the repair. It was done quicker than he had expected it to be completed, and we were very pleased with that. More
