I have never been so impressed with any dealership in my life! I would highly recommend DCH Kay - I have a 2023 CRV and had a small problem with my battery- Because I drive for work - they went above and be life! This dealership is usually great but I’m not sure what is happening but the quality seems to be going down a bit. I’ve been going here for. Are and service for 13 years. My last visit was to replace a burnt happening but the quality seems to be going down a bit. I’ve been going here for. Are and service for 13 years. My last visit was to replace a burnt out headlamp. Right after the repair I didn’t use my car at night for a while but when I did a week later, the headlamp is still out. Did they not check after the repair? What is this? The last time I had a brake job and the brakes have shuddered ever since, even after they tried to fix it once. I’m shocked. I’ve never experienced this there before but now it’s two in a row service experiences that were less than satisfactory. More
