I understand that used cars are sold as is but a battery is something basic that should be tested and checked before the vehicle is delivered. Joseph as a sales advisor was excellent and extremely easy to deal with and I would consider working with him down the road on a future purchase. Kyle as the finance manager was ok to deal with. One thing I was not very fond of was him trying to tell me my interest rate was 12% when it was actually 8%. He did what I needed to but it required some back and forth arguing and I think that if it wasn’t for being 15 minutes to closing he may not have been as flexible. More

Positives: - Joe was very responsive via texts - The front desk receptionist was very sweet. She saw I had only a small water and grabbed a larger water bottle. A trash bag was handed to me, which I declined and moved it by hand Vs using a trash bag… - A deal was made and then when I went to finance, turns out the deal was using a bank bank does not finance electric cars, which I was told the new payment would be more…ultimately the original offer was met, but frustrated that it had to get to a point where I was going to just walk out.
