I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dana Ford. When I purchased my vehicle, I expected honesty, professionalism, and proper disclosure. Instead, I was left dealing with ongoing issues and a Ford. When I purchased my vehicle, I expected honesty, professionalism, and proper disclosure. Instead, I was left dealing with ongoing issues and a lack of accountability from both the dealership and their service department. Despite multiple visits and attempts to resolve the problems, the dealership has not taken proper responsibility or provided the level of service one should expect when making such a significant purchase. The frustration and inconvenience I’ve faced as a result of their handling of my vehicle has been incredibly disheartening. Transparency and customer care seem to be lacking, and unfortunately, my experience has left me with no trust in this dealership. I strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before buying or servicing a vehicle here. More
