This team always goes above and beyond to find ways to ensure that the customer always feels like the main priority. Joe, Annie & JP work so amazingly together irregardless of who took in the repair. When you drop off a car, one expects familiarity. Circle Infiniti goes above and beyond! Yuri greets you with a smile and a nod, and then Joe meets you at your door to review why you came to the dealership Infiniti goes above and beyond! Yuri greets you with a smile and a nod, and then Joe meets you at your door to review why you came to the dealership. Their work is courteous and prompt; not robotic and void. There is limited contact during this time of Covid which is a relief! A text comes when the car is ready, and, not matter who is on duty, whether it be Pam, Ann, Joe or JP, you know that the familiarity and courtesy is extended and you'll be sent off with a smile! From the moment you enter the facility, you experience professional service that goes beyond your expectations. The Sales Receptionist was welcoming, friendly and helpful. During the sales process, Tim professional service that goes beyond your expectations. The Sales Receptionist was welcoming, friendly and helpful. During the sales process, Tim Ens was a great source of information. Never has a sales person reviewed in such great detail a car's features during the buying process. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. During a service visit, JP reviewed some car features and assisted with changing settings. This was beyond the scope of my service visit. Tim and JP indicated they have the same car as me which has resulted in very productive and informative discussions. The facility is clean and comfortable. Peter Polinio was busy cleaning and wiping down surfaces when I visited during the pandemic. Overall, the team at Circle Infiniti delivers exceptional service with a smile. More

I visited today for help with car tire warnings and several minor questions regarding my new lease JP addressed all questions and made changes to tire gauges,and secured new mats for my car. I own a 2008 Infiniti M35X with 299,000 miles. If if wasn’t for the service consulatnats, AnnMarie, Pam, Joe and JP, I doubt very much my car would have lasted this long. They are all wonderful and a p wasn’t for the service consulatnats, AnnMarie, Pam, Joe and JP, I doubt very much my car would have lasted this long. They are all wonderful and a pleasure dealing with. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences each and every time I bring my car in for service. A wonderful team and I thank them! More
