I can’t speak for the sales force because when I am waiting for work on my car, all I ever see of the sales force and manager standing around huddle as though they just came out of a freezer. Or they’r waiting for work on my car, all I ever see of the sales force and manager standing around huddle as though they just came out of a freezer. Or they’re smoking outside the entrance, which isn’t impressive. Go smoke in the back of the building where no one can see or smell you. No one wants to smell your xxxx smoke! As for the service department....they ROCK!!! I travel well over an hour to have service work performed on our Kias and now my daughters Pontiac Vibe! The only reason I take my cars to this location is because of Joe Kuckuk! He is honest, fair, and will go the extra mile for his customers, and this was before he took on the awesome responsibility of be the manager of the department! I cannot say enough about Joe! I recommend him and the department to my friends and family and I don’t give out recommendations like lollipops. I highly recommend the service department at R.D. Kia because of Joe kuckuk! Go see Joe and you won’t be disappointed! More

Great service department I have been coming here for a few years as the agency I work for owns over 15 Kia Sedonas. Not necessarily the best van out there, but when it is back I have been coming here for a few years as the agency I work for owns over 15 Kia Sedonas. Not necessarily the best van out there, but when it is backed up by a quality service department it makes a difference. I even bring our Toyota vans here as that dealership does not have the customer service that you find at Russ Darrow. Joe has been running the service department for a while now and he has always kept me informed of parts needed, pricing, options and time the vehicle will be ready. That is the job and he performs it very well. I also have to add that during this Covid-19 crisis we have had, the dealership has remained open and has made it safe for customers and staff to be inside. More

Great Detail job/oil change free I went in for a full synthetic oil change. Found out I still had one free from purchase over a year ago...yay! They accomplished the impossible! After squirrels and/or mice had a feast on my wiring early this winter, I thought my 2 year old Forte was a goner. Leaves and sticks littered the eng After squirrels and/or mice had a feast on my wiring early this winter, I thought my 2 year old Forte was a goner. Leaves and sticks littered the engine, wires had been chewed, and all warning lights were on. (This happened in the space of 4 hours, as I had checked the washer fluid earlier in the day and all was fine). Luckily enough I live close by so I was able to drive to the dealership. When I arrived in a panic, the problem was addressed immediately by Sam, who not only explained the situation, but had me in a rental car within minutes. Sam kept in touch with my insurance company and also let me know exactly what was wrong and what steps were being taken next. I had never been confronted by such a complicated and expensive repair before, but when I finally went to pick up my car, Joe Kuckuk was able to explain to me exactly what work had been done, and answer every question I had for him. This is not anything new; Joe has consistently been one of the most friendly and knowledgeable people I've dealt with in all the years I've been a customer, and one of the reasons I come back. Others I encountered also deserve recognition for superior service and attitude were Chase, as well as April and Brittany in the office. Each one is skilled, friendly and genuine. Going to a car dealership for anything inevitably means spending money, which is never pleasant. However, the value of a good staff goes a long way in easing that burden. Thanks to everyone who got me back in my car again. See you at the next oil change! More
