No matter what I need, from sales to service, everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I leased two vehicles from John Nassour in the last 14 months and I am very happy with the result of the sales. I am so glad John convinced me to go with the CTS4 2.0T. I was very skeptical about getting into a 4 cylinder vehicle but as it turns out, he was on the money and I love the engine. AND.....my wife loves her 2017 XT5! I must admit that I miss Bill Boccio (former senior service guy) tremendously however, knowing and occasionally dealing with Joe Mistretta over the years gives me the comfortability to continue to rely solely on Sarant's Service Department for my service needs!
