Eric was awesome and helped out so much with my first experience buying a car. He made sure to take his time and explain everything to me so I understood. He also showed that he had my best interest by n experience buying a car. He made sure to take his time and explain everything to me so I understood. He also showed that he had my best interest by not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge which I appreciated very much. He worked with me to make sure I could get into the car I love without breaking the bank! When it came to the finance portion of it, I was with Joseph and overall he was very friendly. Unfortunately I feel as if he did take advantage of my lack of knowledge. When signing everything he moved very quick and made it seem like Gap coverage wasn’t an option. Along with that addition, I was unaware I was getting extended warranty on my vehicle, I was under the impression the original warranty had some months left on it. When my co-signer went in to sign he informed me I had over $4000 in extras added onto my total and I could have said no to them. I wish Joseph would have informed me those things are optional but helpful to have so I could have considered and talked to my parents about it before I signed. My monthly payment is way more than I originally thought it would be, but I also can’t be too upset because I failed to object and ask questions. Overall I am very pleased with Eric and everything he did for me, and I am now very happy in my new Kia K5 :) More
