Their team shines when it matters! We bought our 2020 Tundra with Ed Pollock, who gave us great service. Ed Pollock hosted out visit and ensured our purchase experience was their best. We were shown to our car by Chelsea who thoroughly explained every button on the truck. Then Heather went over the paperwork and a no-pressure explanation of additional coverages. Once all paperwork was signed and we accepted the car, upon arriving back to the truck my wife and I noticed a small scratch on side panel above the front bumper, which we brought to Ed's attention. I understand that sometimes things do not go as we planned and it is in those times that the dealership is put to the test - that is where the Del Toyota team was bale to shine! They promptly owned the issue and resolved the issue while we waited. In the end. Great service, many thanks to the whole team at Del Toyota. More

Easiest buying process I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years and this buying process was the easiest I have ever been through. Connor answered every question and I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years and this buying process was the easiest I have ever been through. Connor answered every question and provided everything to me before I purchased. There was no haggle or any hidden fees after the agreed price. Connor worked around my schedule so that I would have a seamless buying experience. Angel provided an in depth technical overview for the 2020 Tundra. She explained the major features of the truck and showed me how to set it up correctly. I was absolutely shocked at how easy and hassle free this buying process was. I have highly recommended to friends and family the Del Toyota dealership and this buying process. More
