Responsive, knowledgeable, yet low key. While access to a booklet on the model we were looking at would have been helpful, the information was available online, and we looked/printed the inf While access to a booklet on the model we were looking at would have been helpful, the information was available online, and we looked/printed the information we wanted that evening. But both salesmen we visited with were knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and issues. There was no pressure...only offers to explain and demonstrate features we were concerned about. And both offered to either have them ride the back seat and explain features/answer questions--or for us to take the vehicle for a test drive by ourselves. And a manager came by as we were leaving after our first visit, ensuring we had another contact to answer any questions should the salesman not be available....a nice gesture! More
