There was an issue when I arrived for my scheduled appointment for me yours. When I talked to someone on the chat feature online the day before, they made me an appointment but when I showed up, my t appointment for me yours. When I talked to someone on the chat feature online the day before, they made me an appointment but when I showed up, my tires weren't ready. They weren't even ordered, so I had to come back the next day, which isn't too terrible but I had arranged a ride back to work with a family member, and now that has inconvenienced them as well. It seems like there was an error in communication somewhere when making the appointment because the woman I spoke to never mentioned anything about the tires not being in stock when she made the appointment for the next day. That situation was a little frustrating but once I came back the next day the tires were great. More

Service tech knowledge is great. Problem better but not fixed. Civic si handling is like a xxxxxxx wrench in certain conditions, xxx is the problem.
