Josh was very friendly and courteous; he was great to give me an estimated time needed for the maintenance and it was completed in the estimate given. They were able to get my wife's minivan into their shop quickly and diagnosed the electrical problem in a couple of hours and I was on my way in no time. Have not had any problems since. I had a battery replaced and when I got home noticed there was a screw missing and a clip was missing as well. When we called to report the problem we were given an appt the same day. Josh came out to m there was a screw missing and a clip was missing as well. When we called to report the problem we were given an appt the same day. Josh came out to my vehicle which was parked in the waiting line. He noted the missing screw and removed the large piece of plastic so he could take the part right into the parts department and have them identify the missing clip and replace it. Then Josh had me follow him back out to my car. He replace the screw and popped the large plastic part back into place including the replaced clip. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 10 minutes! Thank you Josh for making an easy job even easier! It was refreshing to see someone solve a problem start to finish in an efficient and timely manner! Thanks Josh! More

Service was good with no issues. Fairly disappointed in the Accord as it has been in the shop four times in 23,447 miles. Bought the accord thinking it would be a very reliable car. That said, I was satisfied with the level of service and the timely turnaround. I gave Josh a three as his personal skills could be better. Didn't feel as though I was valued as a customer, rather here is your car and it is parked in this spot. More

Dealer quoted me $1600 for AC compressor replacement and Freon regeneration. Another local mechanic looked at it and said the compressor was not broken. Said the dealership mechanic did not do a thorough jo Freon regeneration. Another local mechanic looked at it and said the compressor was not broken. Said the dealership mechanic did not do a thorough job of diagnosing problem and just assumed it needed a new compressor, which it did not. Paid local mechanic to regenerate Freon and AC works better than ever. Will never bring my car to dealership for repair again. You hear that dealerships are a ripoff for repairs and I believe it now. We’ve had nothing but great things to say about Ken Garff up until now. Disappointing. More
