Very difficult to work with. I purchased through the dealership all of the extended warranty’s and maintenance packages and still am told “sorry it doesn’t cover it” and have to I purchased through the dealership all of the extended warranty’s and maintenance packages and still am told “sorry it doesn’t cover it” and have to fight to get what I purchased covered. I even had a service rep hang up on me and I never raised my voice or used profanity. I almost stopped using this dealership and the only reason I still use them is Naycolle Wright (sales) I have purchased 8 cars from this dealership and still feel like I am always fighting to be given fair treatment. More

I took the car from Boca Grande to Sarasota to have a broken sensor repaired. I was told it would take 4 to 5 hrs for it to be done and I would have the car back that day. I finally was able to pick up t broken sensor repaired. I was told it would take 4 to 5 hrs for it to be done and I would have the car back that day. I finally was able to pick up the car with the sensor repaired 4 days later. More

I don’t feel a lot of trust. Customer service is not good and recently used their on premise hertz rental service and the guy who handles that is just plain rude!!! The service is good but rather slow. The time lapse from scheduled drop off to the video explaining the inspection is long. The overly aggressive salesman trying to provide a low offer o The time lapse from scheduled drop off to the video explaining the inspection is long. The overly aggressive salesman trying to provide a low offer on buying the vehicle is annoying. I can understand the high cost of service but the 3 percent credit card fee seems insulting. More
