He took care of everything letting us know what we did and didn't need unlike the local shop that wanted a bunch of things done that didn't really need done. Then it was a Saturday but we needed the vehicle so Josh made sure the brakes we had done were finished by the end of the day. And after all that the total price was a couple of hundred less than what the local shop quoted. Great experience. More

Terrible service experience. Purchased 4 new tires on their special. Received 2 identical quotes from 2 service managers for “total cost” to mount tires. I was overcharged and now I see they have scratched and damaged on of the rims. Then the service advisor sends me a personal text message pressuring me for a good review. I will be this with BMW USA.
