We discovered we shared some common background He was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. We told him what we thought we were looking for and he quickly helped us narrow are search and brought out a vehicle to test drive. He told us about an incentive that I was not aware of and help us craft it to be very advantageous. He was wonderful about answering questions and was happy to stay late so we could drive the car home that evening. The car purchase processes I had been through in the past had turned into all day events. Not so this time thanks to Chucky and Josh Cousino in finance- we were out with a wonderful new RAV 4 Hybrid that we are extremely pleased in just a few hours More

My recent sales rep. was Elizabeth Bockus (Liz). From the first time we met in the parking lot through to the end of the purchase, she was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke with here was kind and helpful, the cars they showed me were exactly what I was looking for, all of my questions were answered. Josh in financing was amazing and made going through the paperwork understandable and fun. Ryan in sales was the best salesman I met in my search for a car, hands down - and when I settled on my RAV4 the Sales manager even came out to speak with me. Over all a great experience, I don’t think I’ll be moving away from Toyota for as long as I’m a car owner and driver. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Heritage Toyota! More

The most pleasant (and most important to me when dealing with sales people) was that Mark didn't pressure me to buy or lease, didn't try to shove anything at me that I wasn't interested in. We discussed the Tacoma, the Yris, and the Corolla. I decided I wanted to see a Corolla XSE and he brought it right down and took me for a test drive explaining all the features. I was sold as soon as I sat in driver's seat and decided to lease. I was then introduced to Josh Cousino for financing. Again, he was very adept at his job, professional and friendly; giving me indepth information on various 'extras'. We were soon done signing and I went back to Mark to set up a pick-up time and date. The whole experience was very easy and the staff at Heritage made me feel very welcome and I actually felt relaxed. They made me feel I was valued from the time I stepped through the door until I left. More

I live in a different state from the dealership, and when my initial contact there didn't work out due to the salesperson's unexpected illness I almost lost out on this great deal. Mark jumped in at the last minute to save my deal and waited for me to get to Vermont to do paper work and pick up the car. Everyone else at the dealership as just as nice and helpful. I highly recommend dealing there. More
